As part of the restoration of the villa E-1027 from the architect & designer Eileen Gray, I worked in collaboration with Luc Monnet Arts mécaniques and Arnaud Magnin to recreate a small alarm clock that had disappeared as per photos taken in 1929. The dial, hands and case have been faithfully designed on digital media and then manufactured and assembled on a vintage and serviced mechanical movement.
